Although Scorpio season has passed, it is my job as Horoscope Hailz to inform you about ALL the zodiacs, so I cannot afford to miss one! Here is an inside scoop into life through the eyes of a Scorpio…
Scorpios are typically independent and have a strong reputation for being bold- their protectiveness towards others often places them in leadership positions which gives them a great sense of maturity. Their most common strengths are that they are very passionate and driven people who work hard and have great self-control. Their most common weakness is that their emotions are driven to great intensity that sometimes can be misinterpreted as anger or intolerance. Scorpios are one of the most misunderstood zodiacs- they may appear intimidating, but they can really just be very passionate or independent.
According to Orion Lansing, an SSHS Scorpio, “Passion runs through my blood.” It is a key component in the lives of many Scorpios. Brittyn Daley (Scorpio) said, “Yes, I try to do everything with passion, because I don’t think things are worth doing if you aren’t passionate about it. I think passion is a big part of what it is to be human. Most decisions and actions of a person are driven by their passion. People shouldn’t be afraid to express their passion for things, because I believe the most beautiful things in life come from peoples’ passion- like art and music.” Spoken like a true Scorpio.
The passion in the lives of Scorpios ties into their loyalty to their loved ones. Daley said, “I would even go as far as to say that I have been almost too loyal at times. There have been times when I have remained loyal to people even though they have done things that I don’t like or have hurt me or other people, and I end up getting hurt more because of my loyalty to them.”
Many Scorpios take their passion and loyalty and use it in an assertive manner. Emma Furze, an SSHS Scorpio, considers herself to be an assertive person and said, “I am not afraid to speak up for myself, my opinions, or beliefs, but when I do, it is respectful and honest.” Daley said, “I don’t let people push me or the people I care about around…But when I get angry or frustrated, I can get so assertive it is almost funny.”
Another trait that many Scorpios have, stemming from their assertiveness, is confidence. Lansing said, “they say confidence is key, and I have to agree. I love who I am and if someone has a problem with it, then too bad for them.”
Although Scorpios have many similar characteristics and personality traits, their hobbies can vary depending on the person. Furze loves to walk her dogs and spend time with family and friends, whereas Lansing loves to watch sports and eat chipotle, and Daley loves to do something artistic like drawing or painting.
There is a long list of Scorpios, whose personalities give insight into what life as a Scorpio is truly like. Some of the most famous Scorpios are Drake, Leonardo DiCaprio, Matthew McConaughey, Ryan Gosling, Frank Ocean, Katy Perry, Emma Stone, Kendall Jenner, and Anne Hathaway.
Even though not every trait is the same for every Scorpio, there are several commonly shared characteristics. Although I am not myself a Scorpio, I do bear the honor of knowing some great ones (like Furze, Lansing, and Daley) who I appreciate dearly!
