In honor of Scorpio season, you can read up about the Sun (standard description) in the water signs; Scorpio, Pisces, and Cancer. Water signs are most commonly discussed as the most emotional and personal zodiac signs, but how does that connect to the reality of each sign’s actual behavior?
Like our fellow Scorpio SZA, who is a very popular figure in music and pop culture, Scorpios tend to have intense feelings with an incredible sense of intuition. But what do intense emotions actually feel like from the perspective of a Scorpio? Most Scorpios often feel a sense of building pressure within themselves, almost like an energy in their core. This could be shown on the outside with a kind of closed-off manner, or to some, even described as an intimidating presence. However, what most don’t realize about Scorpios’ token “mysteriousness” is that it comes from how they are a fixed sign. Being a fixed sign means you are incredibly determined and trust the fact that you know your worth. In Scorpios, this is almost like their stability- what holds them up, but what can also close them off.
What about Pisces? Pisces are known to be dreamers with great intelligence. Many influential people in history have been Pisces; including the incredible Albert Einstein. Pisces is a mutable sign, meaning that Pisces people love perfecting things whether that be ideas they come up with, or other people’s issues. This can be displayed in their great advice giving towards others. However, that kind of perfectionism they feel they must reach for themselves or for others lays on pressure. The need for success can often get to their head and stick there, causing them to internalize emotions that stem from it or add to it.
Lastly, our lovely Cancers. One famous Cancer that will definitely ring a bell would be our girl Ariana Grande, who is known for her kindness and respectable nature. Cancers tend to be very sensitive people, which can lead to a great sense of empathy for others, but also a deep feeling of vulnerability. This connects to how they are cardinal signs. Cardinal signs are nurturers and thinkers. In Cancers, this is interpreted as over-thinking, leading to self-deprecation, given why many people will label Cancers as the “crybabies” of the zodiacs. However, Cancers are much more than that, as they are truly natural leaders who know how to guide others.
Overall the water signs will always be our emotional warriors, and we love them for it. If you are a water sign, this is your reminder to love who you are too, and if you are a Scorpio or have one in your life make sure to wish them a happy Scorpio season!
