From original angels, to the return of the fantasy bra, the 2026 Victoria Secret Fashion Show sparkled this past weekend.
Candice Swanepoel, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, and many other veteran angels returned to walk the runway this year. Candice makes her 14th appearance, walking in three looks, most notably her final bedazzled look during the Winter Revival segment. Rosie Huntington- Whitney returned after 16 years off the runway as Alessandra Ambrosio celebrated her 20th anniversary. Adriana closed out her 21st show as the finale, soaking it all in and dazzling in her shimmering lacey outfit.
These returns emphasized the value of these classic angels to the runway, keeping some of the old in seas of new. Solange Omon, a Cameroonian based in Maine, won Victoria Secrets “Angels Among Us” competition show, making her one of the newest angels on the runway.
Most fan complaints stem from the overtaking of the runway by influencers and micro celebrities, especially during the PINK halftime show segment. Creators like Quen Blackwell, Gabriella Moura, and Natalia Bryant walked the PINK show, featuring a series of light-hearted, glittery, y2k inspired looks. A youthful, wild performance from Katseye also added to the fun break from the main show.
Kylie Jenner made a surprise appearance, making her VS runway debut wearing the $50 million fantasy bra, which returned after 8 years of retirement. The fantasy bra was made in collaboration with Jacob & Co. featuring 4,410 natural diamonds. Its last version was last worn by Elsa Hosk in 2018, at a projected value of $1 million.
Bella and Gigi Hadid both returned to the runway this year, Bella opening the show during Spring Awakening. She wore floral wings with a neon green mini skirt and a floral embellished bra. Gigi came out with a pink and blue disco angel look, alongside her dreamy classic white angel look, with dramatic crystaled wings.
The wings are a key element of the show, and overall, definitely didn’t disappoint. Alessandra Ambrosio stunned in her silver and white tinsel wings sparkling in the lights. Elsa Hosk wore the biggest wings of the night, brown feathered with gold fabric standing at 5’10 tall. The most stand-out wings belonged to Ming Xi during the Autumn Change segment. These gold tulle wings stood at nearly 10 feet tall, flowing behind her as she walked, giving her an unforgettable ethereal look.

Performances from Megan Moroney, Tate Mcrae, Katseye, and Megan thee Stallion all contributed to the vibe of the show, introducing Megan Moroney’s modern country music and Katseye’s experimental pop.
Not all angels can walk the LA runway, some of us have to hold it down here in Saratoga Springs, but the vibes were definitely felt from across the country. Until next year, angels.
